BALLET I
Experience your very first classical balletclass this summer or clean up your technique. Step by Step Basic Ballet classes for teenagers and adults. Gentle introduction into ballet finding the pleasure of dance and understanding more about the mental and physical strength of dancers.
Step by Step Basic Ballet voor volwassenen en tieners met weinig of helemaal geen ervaring.

You are welcome to combine level I and II if you understand the coordination and basic technique of ballet. And for those who used to do ballet a long time ago and are happy with a little more clarification.


BALLET II
For people with at least a year experience (once or twice a week). Easy introduction into more difficult and fun combinations. Very suitbale for people that used to do balletclasses a long time ago and just need a little more explanation.
 Voor studenten die ongeveer een jaar of langer met ballet bezig zijn (één keer per week of meerdere dagen). Uitdaging en plezier. Ruimte voor uitleg van techniek en ontwikkeling dansgevoel.Uitstekend geschikt voor mensen die een paar jaar geleden aan ballet hebben gedaan, net even iets meer uitleg willen hebben en toch al wat kunnen.


BALLET III
At this level participants have experience and knowledge of classical ballet. You might want to combine level II and III to look deeper into your technique and understanding of dance.
 Ervaring, passie en een flinke dosis energie. 
Combinaties worden vlot opgepikt.
 

DISCOUNT

ABS WorkOut
Before or after your balletclass, you can take this work out especially for the abdomninal. Please bring a towel, the work out will mainly be on the floor.

FLX-Stretch
Cool down, relax and stretch your body in this 10 minute flexibility stretch. Suitable only after you have done class. Your muscles need to be absolutely warm while working on the flexibility of your body.
Je spieren moeten goed warm zijn tijdens het rekken, deelname is alleen mogelijk na het volgen van de voorafgande balletletles.

POINTE
We have pointe classes in different levels. You will find Pointe Introductory, Technique-class and Pointe repertory as well. Students that prefer not to work with pointe shoes, may strengthen feet by doing pointe class on regular ballet shoes.
Please note if the teachers concludes that you are not ready to work with pointe shoes yet, you will have to take them off at once and join the training on regular balletshoes.
Er wordt rekening mee gehouden dat het niveau van (amateur)studenten van de verschillende scholen afwijkend kan zijn. De moeilijkheidsgraad wordt per les aangepast.

Fast Forward Pointe & Flexibility
Fast Forward class is a 60 minutes intensive ballet-training with Stamina Barre, pointe technique & flexibility Stretch. The high speed barre non stop is especially for toning and shaping thin thighs.

WORKSHOPS
Workshops are available for all levels. With some of our workshops it might be necessary to have certain technical skills while other workshops will be suitable for students with a basic level or no dance experience at all.
Please feel free to ask our advice if you are not certain which workshop might be suitable for you.
