BASIC ballet
Experience your very first classical ballet training this summer. Or clean up your basictechnique now! Step by Step Basic Ballet will give you the essential technique for classical ballet. The teacher will guide you through each exercise step by step. Explanation about specific movements and the name that goes along with it. Summerschool has several basic classes available for teenagers and young adults (maximum age to join a beginners class is 28).
INTERMEDIATE ballet
Intermediate level is for people with some more experience (suitable for young professional students as well).
Our Basic/Interm level classes are very nice for people that have not so much experience yet or for those who used to do ballet a long time ago and are happy with a little more clarification. Musical students in search of developing their knowledge of ballettechnique should consider a combination of basic and intermediate classes.
Musical studenten die tijdens de zomervakantie inzicht willen krijgen in de klassieke ballettechniek kunnen een combinatie van basis- en intermediate lessen nemen of een persoonlijk advies vragen bij één van onze docenten via de telefoon.
INTERM./ADV. ballet
For students that have been doing ballet for a while. Easy introduction into fun and difficult combinations, which will take you towards the Advanced level. Several combinations will be looked at closely and will move from a simple level up to Advanced level.
Voor studenten die al wat langer met ballet bezig zijn, opzoek naar meer uitdaging. Diverse combinaties worden geintroduceerd op een eenvoudig niveau en in hetzelfde les uur uitgewerkt tot een gecompliceerde versie op Advanced Niveau.
ADVANCED ballet
At this level participants should have the basic knowledge of classical ballet. The names of the steps and the capability of understanding and remembering the exercises.
PROFESSIONAL ballet
Open to dancers, students and teachers of professional level and training. And for young students at vocational dance schools. Discount is available for several recognized Dutch dance academies or conservatory on the list.

Before or after your balletclass, you can take this work out especially for the abdomninal. Please bring a towel, the work out will mainly be on the floor.
Fast Forward Pointe & Flexibility
Fast Forward class is a 60 minutes intensive ballet-training with Stamina Barre, pointe technique & flexibility Stretch. The high speed barre non stop is especially for toning and shaping thin thighs.

FLX-Stretch
Cool down, relax and stretch your body in this 10 minute flexibility stretch. Suitable only after you have done class. Your muscles need to be absolutely warm while working on the flexibility of your body.
Je spieren moeten goed warm zijn tijdens het rekken, deelname is alleen mogelijk na het volgen van de voorafgande balletletles.
POINTE
We have pointe classes in different levels connecting to our balletclasses. You will find Pointe Introductory, Technique-class and Pointe repertory as well. Students that prefer not to work with pointe shoes, may strengthen feet by doing pointe class on regular ballet shoes.
Please note if the teachers concludes that you are not ready to work with pointe shoes yet, you will have to take them off at once and join the training on regular balletshoes.
Er wordt rekening mee gehouden dat het niveau van (amateur)studenten van de verschillende scholen afwijkend kan zijn. De moeilijkheidsgraad wordt per les aangepast.

WORKSHOPS
Workshops are available for all levels. With some of our workshops it might be necessary to have certain technical skills while other workshops will be suitable for students with a basic level or no dance experience at all.
