MIRELLA SIMONCINI
Freelance teacher and Artistic Director Summerschool Den Haag. Recently teaching at Danshuis Station Zuid and Codarts Rotterdam Dance Academy. She has taught students from the main (inter)national Vocational Dance Institutions as well as classical and contemporary dancers, aspiring professionals and beginners.

While being in charge of the private school Balletschool Mabel Alter, Simoncini is also founder and leader of the 1st International Summerschool in the city of the Hague; collaborating with appreciated personalities in the international scene. a.o. Bruce Michelson (Ballet Gulbenkian), 
Fernando Hernando Magadan (NDT I), Igone de Jongh, Jozef Varga, Lisa Drake (Cullberg Ballet), Tamas Nagy (Dutch National Ballet), Valentina Scaglia, Yannick Boquin (Deutsche Oper Berlin). The Summerschool programme is also offering workshops by prominent dancers and rehearsal directors who have been teaching works by: Mats Ek, Itzik Galili, Ton Simons and Petipa.

MILENA SIDOROVA
Currently dancing with the Dutch National Ballet, which is
by far the largest dance company in the Netherlands.
She trained at the Kiev Ballet School and Royal Ballet
School in London. And joined the National Ballet in 2005.

In order to play an active role in nurturing emerging
choreographic  talent, the Dutch National Ballet is
committed to the annual choreographic workshop
New Moves. Sidorova has been creating pieces for New
Moves every year since 2007.
She also received the Choreography Award at the Serge
Lifar International Competition (Diploma for young
talent), the Ursula Moreton choreographic (3rd Place)
and the Choreographic Development Award.
Most recently she created new work for the Dutch National Ballet's New Moves 2011.

ABOUT INSPIRATION PROJECT

Rehearsal classical repertoire

The project is especially scheduled at the beginning of the season aiming to provide inspiration, pleasure and experience for young dancers, who are doing auditions and need to stay in shape. The project will be finished just about when most companies are scheduling auditions for the next season.
The project includes ballet, pointe technique, classical repertoire and personal coaching at Balletschool Mabel Alter and all dancers will be part of the new creation while working with the guest choreographer.

SCHOLARSHIP
Inspiration Project is non-commercial: there is no income from the performance on the open stage.
Dancers receive a scholarship for the Mabel Alter Balletschool worth 300 euro and a grant for Summerschool Den Haag, there is no payment for attending Inspiration Project.

The school is independent and happy to be able to offer special opportunities and support for young professionals. A scholarship does not include travel expenses or any other expenses (you must live in the Netherlands).

DANCERS for Inspiration Project I, II, III & IV came  from: Académie de Danse Princesse Grace in Monaco, ArtEZ School of Dance, Australian Conservatoire of Ballet, Codarts Rotterdam Dance Academy, Fontys Dansacademie, International Ballet Academy New Zealand, Nationale Ballet Academie Amsterdam and Royal Conservatoire The Hague.

CHOREOGRAPHERS: Keith-Derrick Randolph (Scapino Ballet), Maurice Causey (Nederlands Dans Theater) and Milena Sidorova (Het Nationale Ballet).
